Postcard United is an online community for uniting and building happy relationships between people from all walks of life around the Globe through the sending and receiving of postcards.

 

PostcardUnited services are provided by PostcardUnited free of cost. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PostcardUnited.com website. Please read these Terms carefully, and Contact Us if you have any questions. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the policies referenced in these Terms (such as our Privacy Policy).

 

Using PostcardUnited.com

 

Who May Use PostcardUnited.com

 

You may use our Website only if you can comply with these Terms.

 

When you create your PostcardUnited account, and subsequently when you use certain features, you must provide us with accurate and complete information, and you agree to update your information to keep it accurate and complete. 

 

Any use or access by anyone under the age of 13 is only allowed to do so with  adult supervision.

 

You agree that you will create, access, and/or use only one member/user account, and you will not share with any third party access to or access information from your account. Using PostcardUnited.com does not give you ownership of the content you access.

 

To actively take part in PostcardUnited.com, you will have to obtain your  postcards and appropriate postage for the sending of Postcards.

 

By requesting to Send a Postcard you have to commit to sending the postcard to the member/user you have received.

 

While we take pride in providing our free service, unexpected events do occur. PostcardUnited reserves the right to delete, or to modify any content that is not keeping to a professional standard.

 

User Content

PostcardUnited enables you to share your content, such as your personal profile information, comments you make, and the Like on PostcardUnited.com Postcards, and to personally message other member/users. You retain all property rights with respect to these and are responsible for, the User Content you share.

PostcardUnited reserve the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms.

 

Feedback

We welcome your suggestions, ideas, comments, and other feedback regarding PostcardUnited Services. By submitting any Feedback, you grant us the right to use the Feedback without any restriction or any compensation to you.

 

Security

We care about the security of our members/users. While we work to protect the security of your account and related information, PostcardUnited cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account, by sending us a message on  the Contact Us page.

 

Third-Party Content

Through PostcardUnited.com, you will have the ability to access and/or use content provided by other members/users, and/or other third parties and links to websites and services maintained by third parties. PostcardUnited cannot guarantee that such third party content, PostcardUnited.com, will be free of material you may find offensive or otherwise inappropriate or of malware or other contaminants that may harm your computer or any files therein. PostcardUnited.com disclaims any responsibility or liability related to your access or use of such third party content.

 

Copyright and Trademark Policy

PostcardUnited respects the property rights of our members/users and expects our members/users to do the same when using PostcardUnited.com.

 

Modifying and Terminating our Services

We are constantly changing and improving PostcardUnited.com. We may add or remove functions, features, or requirements, and we may suspend or stop PostcardUnited.com altogether or may terminate your use of any Service for any reason.

Member/users who create an account with PostcardUnited.com cannot delete their account at any time. The only other alternative to deleting a member’s/user’s account is to set the account inactive.

 

In-Activities terms for member’s/user’s Account

After 120 days (3-months) of in-activities of a member/user account, PostcardUnited.com will have automatic and total control of your member/ user account.  This gives PostcardUnited.com Admin comprehensive rights to your account. PostcardUnited.com then reserve all right and ability to register postcards, automatically  send messages or take any necessary action to continue the smooth flow of PostcardUnited.com

You are prohibited from using PostcardUnited.com to share content that:

· Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities with the intent to commit such activities.

· Contains threats or organizes acts of real-world violence. We don’t allow content that creates a risk of physical injury or property damage or encourages harm.

·  Disturb other members/users, or be abusive in any form.

· Spam other members/user. Do not share irrelevant or inappropriate advertising, promotional, or solicitation content.

 

You also are NOT allowed to:

·  Share your password, let anyone access your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk.

·  Attempt to access any other user's account.

·   Reproduce, transfer, sell, resell, or otherwise misuse any content from PostcardUnited.com, unless specifically authorized to do so.

 

 You are not allowed to not register a Postcard(s) because of dissatisfaction  with that Postcard based on your likes and dislikes, request(s) and requirements, however having said that we are kindly asking members to please strive to send a suitable Postcard, and if and when possible please read the profile information of that member.

           

      Notwithstanding all that is said, If and when we have any reasons to believe that any member is deliberately sending an unsuitable postcard or anything that is not considered to be a postcard we will take action against your account.  

 

 

Revisions to the Terms

We reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Any revisions to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting by us. For any changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of such changes. In all cases, your continued use of PostcardUnited.com after the publication of such changes, with or without notification, constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

Although we do not routinely screen or monitor content provided by members/users, we may remove or edit inappropriate content or activity reported to us or suspend, disable, or terminate a member’s/user's access to all or part of PostcardUnited.com.
